💜🎶 Forever 11, on February 11
Join us for the Forever 11 Commission Concert, an evening honoring the life and memory of Aasen May, a Newfield student whose love of music and creativity touched our school community.
The concert will feature performances by Newfield Elementary, Middle School, and High School bands and choirs. The concert will feature the world premiere of "I Remember You" by Randall Standridge, composed in Aasen’s memory.

🎉💚Congratulations to 2008 Newfield graduate Michelle “Micki” Volpini! 💚🎉
Micki was a true Trojan standout, excelling as a 3-sport varsity athlete in soccer, track & field, and basketball. During her incredible high school career, she earned 10 varsity letters, was a member of the National Honor Society, and was named Senior Athlete MVP in 2008.
🏀 On the court, Micki joined the 1,000 Point Club and was named Section IV Class C MVP in 2008.
🏃♀️ On the track, she left her mark as the school record holder in the pentathlon, 100 hurdles, and high jump.
Micki went on to graduate Magna Cum Laude from SUNY Cortland, scoring 1,000 points as a Red Dragon, leading her team to the NCAA Tournament in 2009, and winning a SUNYAC Championship in 2010.
She later returned home to give back to Newfield, serving as Varsity Girls Basketball Coach from 2019–2022.
📣 Join us as we honor Micki with her Hall of Fame induction on Tuesday, February 3rd, during halftime of the Girls Basketball game (tip-off at 6:00 PM).
An outstanding athlete, leader, and Trojan through and through — congratulations, Micki! 💚🤍
