Today was a BIG day at Newfield as we celebrated our 100th day! One hundred days of learning, growing, and achieving! Great job everyone! 💯🎉

To celebrate we started the day with the Balloon Pop, where the halls were first filled with balloons and then joyful chaos as the kids rushed out to find a balloon. One by one the balloons disappeared until every last one was gone, just like the last 100 days! 🎈💥

The fun continued all day with activities like the 100 Dribble Challenge in PE and having Pre-K see how many cups they could stack. What a day it was!

We’re 100 days smarter and ready for another 100 more! 📅➡️

We also want to give a massive shoutout to our JV Boys on an incredible season. While they had a tough loss against Union Springs in the IAC Championship game last night, we couldn't be prouder of their grit and heart. The future is bright! 🌟

Two nights ago, our Newfield community came together at the Forever 11 Concert for the premiere of the original song “I Remember You” by Randall Standridge, composed in memory of Aasen May. The performance by the Newfield ES, MS, and HS bands and choirs was a touching display of remembrance.

Thank you to the community who joined us on this special night, we are so grateful to everyone who came to honor Aasen’s memory.
