Newfield Students Earn Associate's Degrees
Five members of the Newfield Class of 2019 will participate in the Tompkins Cortland Community college’s 50th Commencement this evening (May 23, 2019) at 6pm. Mackenzie Brown, Jillian Esposito, Anthony Pawlewicz, Morgan Downing and Nicholas Mras (pictured left to right) have participated in a mixture of concurrent enrollment coursework and online college coursework for the past two years. Each student earned over 60 college credit on their way to their Associate’s Degrees.
Mackenzie Brown will graduate with an Associates in Math/Science and has committed to Elmira College to earn a Bachelor of Arts in Pre-Law.
Jillian Esposito will graduate with an Associates in Math/Science and has committed to attend Seton Hall University to earn a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Marketing.
Anthony Pawlewicz will graduates with his Associates in General Studies and has committed to Daemen College to earn his Masters of Science/Physician Assistant Licensure.
Morgan Downing will graduate with her Associate’s in General Studies and has committed to attend Binghamton University earn a Bachelor of Science in their Pre-Medicine program.
Nicholas Mras will graduate with his Associate’s in General Studies and has committed to attend Ithaca College in the Fall to earn his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting.
