VACANCIES FOR 2016-17 SCHOOL YEAR

PRE-K TEACHER - Responsible for the language, cognitive, social, emotional and physical development of children ages 3 to 4. Must be able to work collaboratively with teacher aides, therapists, families and other staff to meet students' needs, possess high energy and a strong knowledge of NYS Prekindergarten Foundation for the Common Core. Must be NYS certified early childhood education (B-2 or PK-6 acceptable). Apply via OLAS by August 29, 2016.
CURRENT NON-TEACHING VACANCIES

TEACHER AIDE - There is currently a vacancy for a full-time, permanent 10-month Teacher Aide. This person would be assigned to provide assistance in the HS nurse’s office, monitor high school students at lunch and recess in the gym, assist students on the special needs bus coming back from BOCES and work in the after school program. This position will work under the direct supervision of the Director of Special programs. Please complete the Civil Service application via the Tompkins County Personnel website and notify the District Office that you have done so by September 23, 2016.
