LTS SPECIAL EDUCATION TEACHER - Seeking a certified special education teacher for a year-long substitute position beginning September 2017. Successful candidate will provide special education services at the middle school (7th grade) level in integrated co-taught ELA and Math classes as well as providing resource support. BUS DRIVER - This is a part time, 10-month position assigned to work under the direct supervision of the Head Bus Driver. Applicants must meet the minimum qualifications of a school bus driver, including a CDL-B license with endorsements P.S. and Air Brake. Must pass required physical, drug and background checks. Duties of this position include safely transporting students to and from school on a regular route as well as occasional field and athletic trips. Drivers must maintain order on the bus and follow all applicable laws, regulations and procedures. TEACHER AIDE - We currently have a vacancy for part-time, permanent 10-month Teacher Aide who will be assigned to provide academic, emotional and behavioral support to special education student(s) in a regular education setting. This position will work under the direct supervision of the Director of Special Programs. FOOD SERVICE HELPER - Duties of this position include the preparing and serving of food in school cafeteria; the cleaning of kitchen and cafeteria area, equipment and utensils; some cashiering and simple recordkeeping; related work as required. The work must be performed in accordance with all state and local regulations. This is an anticipated vacancy for a permanent part time 10-month FSH to work under the direct supervision of Robin Wood, Head Cook.
