If You Have a Question. . . If you have a question or concern, try to obtain satisfactory resolution by first contacting the school staff member closest to the concern, e.g. your child's teacher for a classroom issue. If a solution is not reached at that level, the building administrator and then the superintendent should be contacted. For other areas such as transportation, athletics, etc., the same guidelines should be followed by contacting the person closest to the issue and then working through the appropriate supervisory personnel. If you have followed these procedures and have not reached a satisfactory resolution, you may want to contact a Board member in writing or personally. Should you need to communicate further on a broad issue, a time has been set aside at each regular Board meeting for this purpose, i.e. Privilege of the Floor.
